The latest Nintendo Direct has showcased one of the most anticipated games to come to its Switch console later this year.
In march we got our first look at Super Smash Brothers before gamers got hands on at the E3.
The Nintendo Direct stream overnight not only showed us a look at new characters like Simon Belmont from Castlevania but also gave us the release date of December 7.
In fact there will be five new characters joining the team Castlevania’s Richter Belmont & Simon Belmont, King K. Rool from Donkey Kong Country, Chrom from Fire Emblem and Dark Samus from Metroid (who looks amazing).
There will also be a few new modes including an in-depth training area and a multiplayer tournament.
Nintendo announced that the Switch game will have around 103 stages in total, including a feature that allows you to stack fighters so you can switch between them in battle.
