Netflix have been promising to jump into the world of gaming as it sees great value in the medium as a business. It looks like its ready to start dominating as well by making a game for VR.
Interestingly this has been released on the Occulus Quest 2 headsets, which makes alot of sense. It’s the most average consumer friendly device and Netflix don’t have a headset of thier own. The other bonus is they can build a partnership with the biggest social platform in the world Facebook.
The game is called “Eden: Unearthed” and is a companion game to the series available on the streaming service.
