The GTA 6 Trailer is here as a teaser for what is to come and although it is epic, its also very short and has one major problem.

Rockstar Games has released the first trailer of what we expect will be many for the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto VI. The clip dropped around 15 hours early after a low quality version of it was leaked. Not the companies first leak after a year ago an hour of development footage revealed that the setting would be Vice City (The games version of Miami) and the protagonists would be a male and female.
The trailer shows a full over the top version of Miami complete with all the cliches that come with it. The colour tones, creatures like aligators, the vast beaches full of beach goers and the city full of highrises with a neon nightlife. It feels epically GTA and we are here for it.
The song you’ll recognise as the Tom Petty track “Love Is A Long Road” originally released in 1989 and sets the tone for the relationship of the two main characters. There’s a real “Bonny & Clyde” / “Natural Born Killers” vibe to the relationship but there’s very little screen time so more will be revealed soon.
The final moment of the trailer reveals that the release date is in 2025 so unfortunatley there is a significant wait ahead. The release mentions the game will be for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S with no mention of PC. Not surprising considering other titles like Red Dead Redemption 2 took a year after console to make it’s way to the PC.
No doubt about it the trailer is building the hype for a game that is set to break all sorts of records in the same way that GTA5 did way back in 2013.
