Bethesda Softworks is always one of the most anticipated briefings of E3. I mean what could you want from it? a new Elder Scrolls? a new Fallout? some first person shooters?
They didn’t disappoint
They announced “DOOM Eternal” which will be a direct sequel to the 2016 reboot.
“Wolfenstein: Youngblood” a co-op game set 19 years after the end of “Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus” in 1980. In it you play one of BJ’s twin daughters searching for your missing father in Nazi-occupied Paris. A 2019 release on that.
“The Elder Scrolls VI” was announced as a fully fledged Elder Scrolls game with no further details. Although the teaser was so small they could’ve just shown the “Paramount Pictures Title” and copy and pasted Elder Scrolls over it. It’s just good to know it’s not the 156th remaster of Skyrim.
“Starfield” is a single player space epic game, so it sounds like they are just making their own Star Wars IP although the music sounds like a cross between Star Trek and Star Gate.
New gameplay from the recently revealed “Rage 2”
and info on “Fallout 76” which is said to be an entirely online RPG and in true Bethesda style will come out on November 14th. I mean it’s not their typical “and you can buy it from today” line, but still impressive.
The “you can get it today” line was saved instead for Prey, which is great if you still play this game.
